“Exactly as advertised. If you want a spot for the family to come up and be close to the park, this is it. I’d like to leave a lousy review so that no one will book it and I can come back whenever I want to, but that would be a lie. We loved this place. Reminds us of cottages we’ve stayed in up in VT. “The owners of the property carefully thought through all the amenities provided. We had what we needed for a very comfortable stay. We didn't think we needed an old school arcade until we had one! Place was wonderfully decorated, felt very welcoming. Communication with owners was easy. Only thing I didn't quite anticipate was the high deposit and how long VRBO holds the deposit before refunding back (14 days). Other than that, we hope to return when we're back in the area.”

“My wife has been dying to sleep in the shoe for 30 years. She nearly died when she discovered her birthday surprise of a weekend in the shoe house. We had so much fun doing shoe themed activities and eating foot/shoe themed things. I think it's so much fun to be able to say we slept in a shoe. We had an absolute blast!”

“Alittle too small for us. It wasnt a place to stay for more than a couple nights. The Cottage was clean just tiny.”

“This was our 4th time staying in the Bird House and we had another enjoyable time. We love the country location it makes us feel like home. This time we enjoyed the York Herb and Garden Festival on Friday and spent a lot of time visiting the Amish Greenhouses. We cook most of our meals to spend time with our dogs but we did order take our from Caruso's Italian Restaurant and it was great and only 5 minutes away so still very hot when we arrived back to the house. We would highly recommend it and……

“What a lovely home. I stayed here with my mother-in-law who was 91 and my husband. We would be happy to return to this lovely home which was so well supplied. There were were more towels than we could possibly used, extra pillows, wonderful kitchen supplies and loads of snacks and breakfast provided. Everything was clean and and just lovely.”

“House was adorable. Hot tub was not as clean as I expected. Also, there were alot of flies. I believe that is related to proximity to farms. So just a heads up. No screens on windows or doors so they get into the house. The park was perfect for all of our family to enjoy. ”
