“friendly staff and very nice location！the basic room is too tiny so we upgradeed our room to a river view room，That's nice”

“Hotel restaurant is fairly good, bar is great, especially the waiters and bartenders are in good energangy. Location is in the city center closed to ferry station. If you are in for shopping, this is also a good place to stay with all the luxury brands around. The only problem I have is the drainage system in the shower/bath tub. The water goes down very slowly, everytime I took shower, it will take 15 minutes till the wastewater to go down completely. I notified the front desk to send someone……

“酒店，位置很好，隔一條街就有水上巴士碼頭，從火車站乘line1(lido)方向4個站約10分鐘便到，很方便。酒店附近有食店及超市，沿途都是小店，購物非常方便。酒店的天台景觀不錯。早餐非常豐富可口，值得一讚，”

“Bathroom stinks with smell of urine. Can hear everything in the hallway/next door. Location is okay with walking distance to train/bus station. But the unbearable smell was a real deal breaker. Their family room is clean and ok; Try getting family room, or never.”

“最大的優勢是離水上巴士站、聖馬可廣場非常近，附近也有很多餐廳及熱門商店(蕾莉歐)，要去玻璃島、彩色島或outlet也都可以搭到適合的船班直達或轉車。如果行李比較多，也可以搭乘機場直達的水上巴士ALILAGUNA(約75分鐘，比較久一點，但不用拉行李走一大段石板路轉汽車和水上巴士)。 本館及別館都有住過，飯店比較有歷史，但整體而言還不錯，值得考慮，最大的優勢還是交通方便及地點。”

“除了網路速度慢之外，其他部分都很棒。早餐總類很多，離威尼斯搭火車半小時即抵達，旅館還提供至火車站付費接駁服務。”
