“This was a great place for us to stay in the Charlotte area and was a good value. It was clean enough ... though we did need to clean sticky areas off the floor, and wash a glass from the cabinet with greasy fingerprints and food residue on it. I usually wash dishes before I use them in VRBOs anyway, but it was gross. The bed was clean and comfortable and it was great being able to set the thermostat to our liking. The host was responsive to messages. The whole time we were there, we only heard……

“I traveled to Statesville for work to go to a weeklong class. I wanted to do something different instead of a hotel. This apartment was HUGE, very spacious, clean, smelled amazing, and very well decorated. Very well designed from a magazine. It's above a bookstore in an old building so there is exposed brick, ducts, and ceiling beams. The flooring is real wood through out. It is right in downtown so restaurants, shops, coffee, and beer in walking distance. The host was wonderful! She had her……

“I enjoyed this property. The pool is refreshing! My son and I were traveling together. I like to run and drove 15 minutes to Salem Lake Park. Great trail! The property has all you need. Must be physically able to take your things to the 3rd floor. Great communication by Daen too! (Thank you!) ”
