“The bathroom and kitchen were clean but the carpeting and the sofa were dirty. Also, there was so much furniture in the main room that it was difficult to get around in the place. The fireplace surround was dirty and could have been much more beautiful. The worst part was not receiving an address of where to check in until we had asked 2 strangers where to go. “Double bed and queen sofa - not a queen bed as described! Excessive 90's rock music noise from rental facility across pond defeated shut windows - starting before 8am and ceaseless until 9:30 PM. Sign on fireplace saying to call a certain number for free firewood delivery is just false - when called they said "no". Otherwise comfortable.”

“Overall it was a pretty nice place to stay. Close to the downtown area of Keystone which is great for if your skiing/snowboarding or mountain biking. We went in the off season and had the area to ourselves mostly which was great to let our littles run around. Everything we needed as well. A little dusty- could do with a good air vent cleaning but overall really nice. ”

“Enjoyed my stay at Gateway. Although the exterior and hallways give an institutionalized vibe, my studio room was absolutely wonderful. It was very functional and relaxing place to stay after a hardday skiing. I would stay there again. I did have some issues with an extension cord that was used to plug up appliances in the kitchen area. Also found the kitchen area, especially at night was dark and needed more light. Overall, a great place to stay! A great place to stay with easy walking access……

“We took it as an off season getaway to see the colors. Everything was good. Places to eat were a short drive. Coffee was available just across the lake. Clean nice place. We would go back again. Note: The location has no hot tub - and in fairness that is stated in the description but I have never been to a mountain resort that didn't have one somewhere. ”

“Great place in the perfect River Run location. Highly recommend if you are looking for a convenient, fun, and private place to stay in the heart of Keystone. Room to spread out, a good kitchen set up, and close to everything. We have stayed here twice in July and can get pretty warm in the summer months. There is no AC and it would be great if there was a fan in the room. We ran to Lowes in Silverthorn to pick one up and were good to go once we got the air moving. ”
