“I booked this last minute for a new year’s getaway. The young lady at the front desk assisted me with the check in process. I also asked if I could check in early and was accommodated. The room was perfect and clean. I liked the bathroom and the bench in the shower. The view was great as well. It was located in a nice area and a lot of attractions were nearby. The next time I’m in Chicago I’ll stay here again.”

“Staying over one night to visit my son at college. This was the perfect little room for my needs. Checked into a double w/half bath. The priperty was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. While the bed would be too small if I was sharing it, it was just right for a single adult. The location and price can't be beat. “酒店服务出乎意料的差，是我住过所有四季酒店中最差的：打电话给服务部门送红酒杯，打了两次第二天才送到😂要求送的拖鞋浴袍送的速度不能更慢，刀叉就一直🈚️送到。房间的喝水杯清理拿走就不补充，完全不是一个星级酒店的服务更别提是五星级酒店。恨失望。”

“Beautiful room, beautiful bathroom, free water. Had very nice hot tub and sauna. Crazy setup with 2nd building for luggage delivery. Didn't have a pool. Should have luggage rack set out when you arrive because it was hard to find. Shutters were broken but beautiful.”
