“A lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. My husband is a severe asthmatic and is allergic to feathers. When we realised that the pillows and duvet were feather and spoke to the housekeeping staff, they went out of their way to help us. They changed all the bedding and ensured that there were no feathers in the room. Special thanks should go to Suzanne and the blond lady who organised this for us. “Parking is in The Lawns car park and at £10 for 24 hours is reasonably priced. Check in was very welcoming and everything explained, including the refurbishment being carried out. The room was lovely, as was the bathroom. Mugs on the tea/coffee tray are a great idea, hotel cups are often far too small! “Stayed for a couple of nights. Room was a good size, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and a good size too. Hotel is only a few steps away from the sea front and is well kept. Manager of the hotel is a hard working lady, who does her very best to enaure all guests are looked after. Room and hotel is self check in and plenty of parking either infront of the hotel, in the carpark a few steps away or there are 5 at the back of the property.
