“A really lovely place to stay. Warm and friendly welcome, beautifully presented throughout and very comfortable and clean rooms. I had a very large walk in shower which was perfect and I genuinely couldn't fault anything from the moment I walked in, to walking out. “Lovely staff. I got a late check out for£25 extra which was amazing after a night out. The hotel is really lovely. By a gorgeous lake. Nothing was too much for the staff. “Despite being an older building the room was quite clean a few issues the bath has hairs in from previous customers and the toilet seat was very wobbly. The bed wasn’t the comfiest and the nightclub was an issue but suppose that’s a council problem. Overall for what we paid it was fine and we would visit again. ”

“Just got back from my visit to Queens hotel it was perfect, I had sea view. 😃 Staff were so helpful and friendly. Food was lovely.. Lovely walk along the seafront which led me to Fairhaven lake beautiful place to go. Lovely cafe there too. Shops just around the corner. It was so relaxing.. Definitely would stay At Queens hotel again.. ”

“We were upgraded to penthouse so it was fab. That said check in details weren’t sent and I had to call a few times to get them. When I got them over the phone they were incorrect. Ken saved the day when we arrived. He was a gent. Penthouse was lovely. ”

“We liked the hotel very much overall during our 2 night stay, and the staff and breakfasts were excellent. However, there were too many dogs for our liking and we found the parking inadequate and had to park on an inconvenient road. Hence the 4 stars rather than 5.”
