“Kristi and Chris's place was perfect -- spotless, comfortable, and only steps from the Boardwalk. Communications were prompt and thoughtful; for example, they texted us indicating that since no one was checking into the condo the day we were leaving, we should feel free to checkout at noon instead of the regular time of 10 am. A great stay!”

“This first thing was completely on us and not at all on the host - we missed that there are no linens or towels included with the property rental. So our first night we ran out to get some sheets and towels. It is listed in the description of the property that linens and towels are not included. The laundry on site is easy to access. Everything on the property was exactly as described. We had such a nice stay. The host was quick to respond when we had questions. We would come back to this……

“Perfect for a double or a single like me. The place appears freshly refurbished with new flooring and shelving. Pool was closed for the season but the surf at 44th Street was refreshing and not to cold for October. Golf Course fun as usual my main draw to the island. Joe was responsive to my questions via text or email. Would like to return next year ! ”

“A few friends went for a quick weekend getaway to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. The house was perfect for our group of 6. The owner was fantastic with communication and allowed us to have a later checkout. We would love to come back!”

“You can tell the area and property are older but it’s well maintained and very comfortable. We parked an extra car a block away in a garage that is 15 but we left it four days so was just 15! Dollar general two blocks away and great breakfast bagel place under 7 min walk. Appreciated the coffee and toiletries. Neighbors are super helpful as most live there year round. Would come back! ”
