“I loved my stay at The Maritime Hotel. The building's unique architecture and cozy, cabin-like rooms were wonderful. The stone bathrooms are beautiful but showed some wear. The lobby drinks and fireplace were perfect for the cold winter weekend. Best of all, the staff was extremely friendly, efficient, and helpful throughout my stay. I thought that the hotel being above the TAO nightclub would impact noise levels, but this wasn’t the case at all!”

“The Gansvoort was fantastic for my stay for a girls shopping weekend. There are fantastic restaurants all around the hotel with great atmosphere and buzz. The rooms are super clean and very comfortable (and have a bathroom door which lots of design hotels seem to not have any more and I don’t want to see my friend go to the toilet!) The staff were very friendly and attentive. I enjoyed it so much I’ve booked to go back in a month with my husband and kids. ”

“This is a fun and hip hotel. The lobby although not huge by any means was intimate and buzzing. We enjoyed the cafe and the lobby bar during our weekend stay. The rooms are small but smartly designed. The bed is in the corner so one side is open and the other against the wall, someone may have to climb over to get into bed. Malin Goetz products in the bathroom are a wonderful treat.”

“酒店要求下午三点后才能办理入住，三点半到达，等待半个小时依然说房间没有打扫不能办理入住让继续等待。再三与服务人员沟通，服务人员蛮不讲理，也不回复到底要等待多长时间。问能否取消预定，回复不能取消否则扣除已经预付的一天房费！忍无可忍之下要求与酒店经理直接谈，最终才给办理了入住。在与服务人员沟通过程中，感受到服务人员的素质之低，寻求其他服务人员协助，每个都事不关己的冷漠态度！酒店大堂拥挤不堪，办理入住只能站立等待。入住后的房间是二楼，靠近街边，房间夜晚非常吵闹，无法入睡。房间内的装修与设施陈旧简陋，根本不值近4000元人民币房价！发誓永远不再光顾这家黑店！”
