“The view very nice ”

“Booked the hotel for one night. Suggest when booking that you pay close attention to where the room is. I expected a room in the grand white home as shown on the website but we were in one of the adjacent buildings. I regret booking a “courtyard view” not realizing people would be enjoying drinks there well after 11:00 pm. Facilities and staff and dining were good. ”

“The most upset point is no free shuttle bus to another terminal”

“What impressed me the most was their staff. The front desk was professional and helpful suggesting different types of transportation to my destination (I think his name was Keith). The breakfast buffet has a good selection of food, the staffs were also extremely professional and attentive. ”

La passerelle couverte relie le T4 à l’hôtel en à peine 10 minutes. Le personnel de l’accueil est très accueillant et aimable. Check in et out ultra rapides. Ravie, je recommande. ”

“A terrible experience. Broken bathroom fixtures, dirty floors, dirty towels, blocked showers/sinks/toilets, slow service, unfriendly staff ( apart from Vic, Charlie and Amelia who, to be fair, were genuine and tried their best). To call this hotel 5-star is frankly fraud. It’s a shabby hotel, rooms and service 2 stars at best. Do not stay here with your family.”
