“My meal on Sunday evening was the best I’ve ever had, and the service by Rula wonderful and friendly.. room was delightful and breakfast delicious hot and perfectly served. Excellent choice the only problem was when paying generally with Hotels.com I pay before I leave home and can use my Keycash points but as Mellor took funds on leaving the deputy manager didn’t know how to use my credit which would have covered my meal. She tried to phone but apparently couldn’t get through. I will be taking……

“Functional welcome, no real warmth. Room was very small, but formed of a short corridor where the shower and toilet have been installed. The bed was against the window wall and was not made properly and sheets not tucked in fully on the far side. The mattress felt old and only sufficient. The window did not close properly and let in a draught when cold outside. Conversely, during the day the room was too hot as the window only opens partially.
