“Quirky”

“ 11 out of 10! There were four of us--two teens, myself (the mom) and my dad. I had a bit of a time finding reasonable accommodation that would fit us all, but the top floor suite was perfect! With two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a pullout sofa bed, everyone had their own bed (very comfortable beds too!) and space. My teens loved the welcome snacks (they were delicious and gone in a flash), plus we were welcomed kindly when we checked in and asked what we would like to drink. Perfect after a……

“We asked whether we could have an early check-in as we were attending a wedding locally and were told it wasnt a problem as the room hadnt been used the day before. The room itself was nice and clean and the beds were really comfortable. There was plenty of extra room for us to walk around and get changed etc. As we were on the ground floor, we had a double door which opened straight into our room. Meaning we didnt have to go through the main entrance. Breakfast was amazing. Sausage, bacon,……

“I stayed for one nite in room 3 top floor. It’s situated at rear so away from Main Street at front , therefore so quiet . Lovely room , my gut feeling is the breakfast would be great , but I had to leave early so unfortunately can’t comment . Parking for my motorbike was easy and also at rear. Would definitely stay here again . ”

“I have stayed twice at the Talardy when my dad has been in hospital. The staff are amazing, very caring and quick to help. The first time I stayed in the main building, this time in the annex. Both are very good, and I appreciated the air con as I arrived in a heat wave. The rooms are very clean and roomy. The breakfasts are cooked fresh and very filling. After spending the day with dad I would come back and have an evening meal, again cooked fresh, plenty of choice and excellent service. I felt……
