“Our stay was great although we didn't get code to the property via email as promised; We had to call several times for the code. Upon entering the property, we impressed with the appearance. As a host, no clear check out instructions. ”

“The property was perfect for two people who want a cozy space, perfect location, and a wonderful and helpful owner. Would definitely return.”

The only two notes are: The screen door is difficult to lock because of the keypad lock on the door.Also we didn’t realize the apartment was on the second floor which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for future guests. “I had a very nice stay during a rainy few days in April. The building is near the G line and a couple buses which made getting around very easy. Check-in and check-out was straight forward. Apartment was clean and well maintained, and the building was fairly quiet. I enjoyed this VRBO experience!”

“Picked this one to save some money for a couple of our travelers….in and out was way easy, started to get comfortable getting around. We ran the Brooklyn half marathon so after doing Manhattan a bunch we anted to check things out on this side of the river.”

“It was a nice renovated apartment but the home was clearly still being worked on . Management should ensure work is not done during a rental , especially not early am on weekends. I informed mgmt on Sat but it seems my voice wasn’t heard as my boys and I woke up from the noise early Sun on Mother’s Day. ”

“Great place, near Wycoff station. Bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows. Coffee, tea, hairdryer, shampoo & conditioner all supplied. Very clean, except for the floor, which didn't appear dirty, but my socks and feet were black from walking around. Kitchen is well supplied with essentials, but needs new silverware and more than one cheap dishtowel, that would not absorb any water.. But plenty of paper towels, which I used instead! . Contact person was very pleasant. Could use……

“Everything about the apartment was perfect. We found it spotless clean, with everything you might need. The location is top-notch - Right in the middle of Williamsburg with easy access to the L train and key eating spots & grocery stores. The building also has spectacular amenities. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.”
