“Amazing hotel. Breakfast was great! Hotel was clean. Our reservation was changed from 2 queen beds to 1 queen + pull out sofa due to hotel at capacity. We were compensated for the change but the pull out was very hard and neither of us could sleep on it. Otherwise, this hotel was great! ”

“The concierge was very helpful. After a long24 hour drive from Tallahassee Florida to Denver Colorado wit 30 minutes of sleep and a 10 hour shift of work renovation of the FSu stadium o was beat. She was super nice, and charming. When my dog forced me to get locked out of the room she helped us back in and carried part of my DoorDash meal as we trekked back to the 4th floor. She was a breath of fresh air. ”

“Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these……

“This was a fabulous hotel. Would have rated higher but ac in the room which worked great made an annoying sound Not loud but annoying at night. Maintenance was quick to check it out but I think there was nothing that could be done. Breakfast was great, staff was attentive. Pool and hot tub were great.
