The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. “We had such a great stay at this property! The staff upon arrival was welcoming and very helpful and the room was clean and well stocked for us. The location was perfect - close to shopping, dining, and major highways to get to and from everywhere we needed to go. My only complaint was that the ventilation in the pool wasn't very good - the smell of chlorine was so overbearing that it made me cough and I had to crack a door to get some fresh air, just to watch the kids play.
