“Great location near the bus/train station, perfect for a night or two. A much nicer area than San Marco which is so touristy and crowded”

“A bit far from St Marco. Check-in process was great and the gentleman was very professional. All perfect except for checking out. I booked a pickup at the hotel and the lady insisted that I walked 10 min away over to the taxi port with heavy luggage to meet the driver there. How could I tell which driver and car? I ended up meeting the driver at the hotel but why did I have to fight for that? ”

“The property has a great location, we were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The place was cute, but I wouldn’t call it a hotel. It’s like a very old house and we rented a very small room. Other people somewhere in this “house” arrived late and were making noise until about 2 AM. You hear walking above you and people talking. I wouldn’t stay here again. ”

“The rooms are clean, luxurious and the penthouse plunge pool was a welcome retreat. We had a room on the first floor initially but requested to be moved since the path to the penthouse pool required walking through the hotel bar. Irena at the evening reception was wonderful in facilitating the move to the 5th floor. The 1st floor room was quite dark while the 5th floor suite was much brighter with higher ceilings. I recommend booking a suite to get the higher floors on the better wing of the……

“Very convenient location, restaurants, bus stops, sightseeing places all nearby and great service, very friendly and helpful staff. I even extended one more day to stay there. I really enjoyed my solo trip there. Definitely will come back again if I ever travel to Venezia.”
