“Overall not bad. The hotel was built a long time ago. Even though you took the lift, there were still many stairs to go if you were assigned to the 3rd floor. I checked out the hotel on 5/21 morning. The black girl at the front desk was not very helpful.”

“The reception lady Dona is very helpful. But the room is not really clean, under a pillow there have some biscuits.”

“First visit, been fully upgraded, really big open spaces, rooms are spacious and comfy. The brasserie restaurant was a nice place to be, good food and great drinks with good, friendly service. Y spa was excellent, just what was needed.”

“This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful place, with really friendly staff and everything you may need for a getaway or a celebration. Air conditioning in the room was perfect. The only con I’d mention about the room is dirty windows. Peacocks can be a bit loud but do add to the vibe”
