“For a 4 person family, the room was really on the small side. We were unable to fully open our suitcases. The amenities weren't great, but breakfast was pretty good. So for those who don't need a gym or a pool, it isn't a bad choice because the location is really awesome. Really accessible to the major go to places in Madrid. Shopping district right when you step out the door and no need to worry about going hungry.”

“The location was perfect. Access was easy and I appreciate the security arrangements. The room was comfortable. The bathoom had a small shower-only stall. The staff was helpful. We used the laundry service which was reasonably priced and was delivered same day as promised. We also had breakfast twice which was very well priced and had a good variety of fresh food. Would recommend stay again. Elevator was available but was small (old building retrofit - totally understandable) so best for……
