“Location is great. Cleaning staff were nice. My room is on 8/F, quite disappointed the shower water temperature not hot enough and the hot water supply not steady. We complained to staff about the water temperature problem, the staff simply told us it is normal and to wait for another 20 mins. Eventually, nothing change at all! We stayed 2 days here, the water temperature fluctuated all the time. Luckily, hot water supply at my relative rooms on 7/F is normal. ”

“距離地鐵站非常近，房間有點小，可惜在住宿的第二晚遇上鍋爐壞了，沒熱水可以使用，還好等了40分鐘後服務人員協助到其他房間洗澡，算是順利過關。”

“一切都很棒，但是冷氣早上開始到下午都關起來無法自己調控很熱很不舒服，每次進大門都要按門鈴很麻煩”

“Convenient, walking distance to the palace and shopping malls. Next to the Gran Via station. The hotel room is comfortable and the balcony is so nice to see the beautiful scene. So relax living there. ”

“Hotel Regina in Madrid is in central downtown area. Very convenient for travellers and sightseeing. Lots of restaurants nearby and only 10-15 minutes walk from main shopping streets. It’s also near the Sol square with about 5 mins walk. I would no doubt stay again in this hotel if I visit the capital again.”
