“Great place to stay in Lake Placid and have a family vacation”

“The view was very nice, but we weren't allowed to use the paddleboats that were in the water. i was disappointed that the check in person was not very knowledegable about dogs allowed in attached restaurant. Also very disappointed that the Lake House did not have elevators and being on vacation and having to deal with so many steps, especially with a dog.”

“This property is so reasonably priced for the area ( off-season stay) and maintained so nicely, as well. Clean, neat, attention-to-detail with their coffe station, microwave, and mini fridge. Spacious rooms as well! Loved our stay! ”

“Such a beautiful and well cared for B & B. Comfortable, cool, clean, artistic and historic. Enjoyed my stay immensely. Favorite thing was I barely saw any staff there my entire stay. I think they purposely stay out of your way unless you need something. Awesome and unexpected. ”

“The room was clean and well kept. All the equipment were functional and also very clean. The area was beautiful and quiet. However, the checking in location was far away from the main residence which was a problem for me who didn't have their own car. The WiFi network inside the rooms were terrible. But overall, it was a good stay. ”
