“Property was what we expected. Only niggles I’ve got are: Beds in the second bedroom were a little small, I’m 5’11’’ and was too tall for it. There was a constant sound from what could have been a boiler that did keep me up at night. Host was responsive and polite though. Overall good stay. I’d recommend, but for slightly smaller people who don’t mind constant noise.”

“Good stay all we needed for one night, could do with a shower mat in the bath as it is very slippy without one.”

“Nobody told me there's activity beside Hotel. All road block and we can't access to hotel after dinner. The road resume almost at 10pm and we spend 2 hours wait outside. Its troublesome to my family. I must complaint to IHS office for the negligence of Hotel staff.”

“The room was big and comfortable and the shower was very powerful which was nice. Reception staff were friendly. Breakfast was fine. Air conditioning worked really well but made an annoying noise. Had a message before I checked in suggesting I download an app. I used this app to book a table for dinner but when we checked in they didn't have the booking, and it turned out it had booked me a table at a different hotel in another part of the country. “We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up……
