“We enjoyed it for our one night stay - it was walkable to the downtown Manitowoc area which is what we came for. Not much staff around to really comment on, but the hotel was quiet and near the water which was nice. ”

“Extremely friendly staff. Decent hotel at a reasonable price. Good location, near the lake. Average breakfast, but 24 hour coffee in lobby. No on-site fitness center. It served its purpose and would likely stay again. ”

“This hotel provided excellent hospitality. They were able to answer my questions, including being able to check in early and concerned that I wasn’t gonna be to the property until very late for the event that I was attending. They provided great breakfast and was an excellent host!”

“Very nice property! Accurate to the pictures with nice "extras" like the games, books, video games, snacks, and extra towels and blankets in each sleeping space. Worked great for our extended family to hang out for a few days.”

“Upon arrival, everything was neat and tidy. The living spaces were comfortable and everything needed was available. The hosts were thoughtful and left gifts of hand made soaps. There were Apple and Pear trees available and the fruit was there for the picking. It is located at the end of a dead end street and the expansive property afforded plenty of privacy. All in an all a wonderful stay and gracious hosts! Definitely recommend this place if you are in the area. ”
