“Great place for a short stay. Newly renovated. Clean. Fantastic location. Just minutes on foot to Gran Via. Lots of places to eat, shop, etc nearby. No staff on site and no reception. It is a two star hotel so nothing fancy. No fridge in the room either but has a TV and Air Conditioning. Wall is pretty thin and not great sound proofing. I had to take a phone call early in the morning for work and the next room occupants weren't happy. Similarly one night I could hear people talking next door.”

It is convenient even to walk to the monuments (it just takes around 15 minutes walk). And the room is spacious and the toilet is very big. The cleaning staff is very good and tidy the room well. “Hostel Incrível a poucos metros da Gran Via e de estações de metrô. Cheguei por volta de 9h da manhã e fui super bem atendido. Como ainda era muito cedo, certamente eu não poderia usar o quarto pois ainda estava sendo limpo. Mas deixaram eu trocar de roupa para poder passear em Madrid e ficaram com minha mala. Ao retornar às 14h para o check-in, foi tudo muito tranquilo e minha mala já estava no quarto. A limpeza estava excelente, bem como o conforto do quarto. Havia ar condicionado, toalhas……
