“We enjoyed staying here. The owner was very friendly and helpful, the bedroom was spacious and the breakfast was good. It was also good to have use of the kitchen when coming back after a long day. ”

“We stayed in the most extraordinary room I have ever seen. All four windows overlooked the rooftops of Bologna. The light at all hours was like a painting. The remote control shades gave you control of the amount of light you experienced. It was complely private but you could see the cathedrals and towers unobstructed. The staff was minimal but very helpful and gracious. The linens were clean and high quality. An extraordinary place.”

“Adele at the reception was extremely helpful and cheerful. The bed is very comfy. Was just little disappointed that there’s no balcony in the room as shown on the booking photos. ”

“Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.”

“We were met on arrival and checked in. Even with the football chat, it was smooth and efficient! The room was all we needed for a quick city visit. Elegant decor, lovely bathroom, comfy beds, perfect. The property is literally a stones throw from the Piazza Maggiore, so super close to restaurants and bars, and the historical sights. The building also has a lift. Very welcome when carrying luggage, or after a day sightseeing. Would definitely recommend, and would definitely book again if we go……

“Great location, wonderful staff. Very clean and shared kitchen was handy. I was able to borrow a yoga mat from the gym. Only hiccup was low water pressure. I showered at the gym when I needed to wash my hair”
