“This hotel was gorgeous! We arrived late so we didn’t spend any time around the area so I'm not sure how that is. I will say it is very loud especially at night outside. I swear the same car kept driving back and forth on the street outside of our room and it was SO loud that was the only thing we weren’t happy with. ”

“We went down for a baseball tournament in Richmond even though the pool was not ready we still made the best of it. The staff at the front desk were wonderful. Our first night our room was extremely hot the AC was not working luckily the next morning we were able to move rooms without any trouble And had great service from the staff. Breakfast each morning was delicious my family said it was probably the best one they have had coming from a hotel and with us being a travel ball family of 2 we……

“It was a big surprise the utensils and cooling system functioned fine 24/7.The lovely behavior and readiness of staff made us to have a pleasure stay for two weeks. We will recommend this hotel for long time stay.”

“This was the worst time of my trip. I stayed on the second floor and forgot to close the door and go downstairs. Someone stole a bag. I lost a lot of clothes and important items because the hotel did not install a camera on the second floor.”
