“Stayed here 1 night before catching a flight out. Nice property. The room and lobby were new and very clean. I did have a room on the 1st floor that faced the road. There is a public transportation train that runs on that road every so often so if you are not a sound sleeper, you may prefer a floor facing opposite the road (assuming it's quieter on that side). ”

“I had a lovely stay in the carriage house. I was in Phoenix for work and needed something centrally located and easy to get around. The neighborhood was calm and quiet, and the hosts were lovely and great with communication. I’d highly recommend this stay for solo travelers. ”
