“Great place to stay! Close to everything and right across from the marina. Attentive staff and clean property. Front desk helped rent us a car and with securing a taxi. Only complaint the hot tub not working. Otherwise 5 stars all around. Would stay again. Lovely suite. ”

“Check-in was simple and friendly staff at front desk and bar. The location is very walkable to the town center. Front desk arranged an early taxi to the airport which was much appreciated. Disappointed in the pool hours and the beds (had a triple room) were very uncomfortable. ”

“The hotel is a bit rundown due to its age, but it's clean and the staff are wonderful. My fridge didn't work and they fixed it right away. The only annoying thing was the hair dryer as it's an old style attached to the bathroom wall whose switch needs to be pressed down with your thumb the whole time you are using it. I liked the indoor and outdoor pools and the hot tub. Breakfast is free and plentiful. Lots of free parking and a quick walk to downtown. Dinner at the hotel wasn't great and was……

“We were not psychologically prepared for such a tight parking spot as there was a large vehicle beside us. The stay was large and comfy and the kitchen was very essential part of the convenience and freedom. Perhaps it’s the cultural difference as the elevator went to nowhere in between floors. Apartment B has no blackout curtains. We didn’t find the broom until the last day of stay. Laundry and deck allowed for wash and dry of laundry. ”

“Perfect location. Guided tour buses stop at this hotel. There is a taxi stand outside. There is a bakery across the street and a Subway sandwich just around the corner. Many dining places within two blocks. You'll have a view of the marina. Choose Neat.”
