“Adam was awesome! Every time I needed something I just sent him a message and he responded very quickly. Check in was very easy checkout very easy. The place was beautifully clean, lots of room for my kids and had plenty of fun amenities. It was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway to a family wedding. Thank you, Adam!”

“Fabulous place! Great layout to handle a large group with wonderful gathering areas and places to get away when needed. Well cared for and clean. Neighborhood beautiful and convenient. Our only issue is that communication with maintenance on issues was not addressed promptly and there was lack of updates and communication. We reported an issue the day we arrived that the projector in the TV room was not working. We received several calls / texts and finally a onsite visit our last day and……

“Communication from the mgt team was outstanding. Professional, friendly, & responsive. Kudos to you. The location is great. It is approx 35 min to Park City & approx 15 min to downtown. The photos are brighter than the house (but, of course, it could be the time of day/season). The house is historic featuring a collection of old books & antiques. They do state this in the description as do a few reviewers. I will say there are more antiques & collectibles in the home than appear on the photos.……

“Beautiful neighborhood accessible to snowboarding resorts as well as the city. We loved having the hot tub after a busy day of snowboarding or sightseeing. Nicole was very attentive and accommodating. ”

“Great location. Easy check in and check out. Accommodating. Good parking on site. Mostly great stay except for a few annoying issues. The water pressure was so high it was painful to shower. The bathroom floor upstairs was warped so when you tried to shut the bedroom door leading in it scraped and made the loudest sound which awakened people at night. The air conditioning didn’t work But mostly it was a pleasant stay. ”

“We had a great stay at this property in Canyon Rim for a quick ski trip. Very comfortable for our group of five, including myself and 4 teenage boys. House was clean, beds were comfortable, had all the necessary amenities, great location and access to Alta/Snowbird and Brighton/Solitude, close to restaurants, very easy to navigate. Host was very responsive. We would stay again!”
