“This hotel was in the perfect location while visiting my family in Berkhamsted. Right off the high street, large room, lots of storage space, water, tea and coffee, early check in, luggage storage. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. ”

“Pros: Great location if you’re visiting / doing business in Ampthill. Great food and drinks downstairs. The staff were always friendly, helpful and welcoming. Cons: no on premise parking. Closest parking is a municipal lot…10 pounds for 24 hours. When I checked in my room was made up as 2 singles instead of a double as requested. Beds were a tad small & uncomfortable. Walls are thin, I could hear my neighbors “chatting” until midnight the night before I was planning on checking out. Otherwise……
