“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“The staff was excellent, and the hotel/resort was exceptionally clean. It’s conveniently close to the beach, with easy access to transportation to visit different beaches. “We booked this property based on many other good reviews and they weren’t wrong. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. Angelo brought our bags up and explained how everything in the room worked. When we first checked in (a 2-bedroom suite for 4 people) the second bedroom and bathroom were closed off with signs saying do not use, but that was cleared up quickly. Our 2 biggest complaints about the room: not nearly enough counter space in the bathrooms and for some reason housekeeping……

“Ótima acomodação, muito melhor do que eu esperava, pois não havia muita informação nas fotos, ficamos em 3 hotéis em Aruba, os outros 2 de valores bem superiores, mas o RH entregou tudo, bom atendimento, quarto enorme, completo e confortável, piscina boa, café em anexo disponível com muitas opções e qualidade!
