“Here's the deal with this hotel-- the owner is running it on his own, and clearly working hard to do so. He really went out of his way to help us out in a pinch. We ended up booking this space last minute when our flight out of Jamaica was cancelled and we needed a place to stay in Montego Bay for the night. This lodging is near the airport. When we arrived, the owner was scrambling a bit to make sure things were set up-- i.e., the room needed toilet paper and bottles of water, which he went……

“Kind of funky, but it was a good place to stay for one night. The room was kind of crowded for four people. It was a bit noisy. The pink buildings and having to walk through someone's living room to sign in and get help was interesting, but common in Jamaica. Keyshawn, the young man who helped us, was fantastic! We left some bathing suits there and a week later they were holding them for us in case we ever came back. Super honest!”

“Overall, it was great experience, however, the property needs a few touch ups and Toby resort restaurant’s customer service could be more attentive. When I first arrived, they told me they didn’t see my Most of the time, I went to the restaurant I have to get the attention of the staff just to make an order and some couldn’t remember my order. There were a few stand out staff members, Toni Ann and Unique and some other dining staff is more lackluster. As well when I arrive they couldn’t find……

Yes the elevator didn’t work but for the price we are very pleased. The beautiful view from our hotel room was beautiful! ”
