“We had a family room, which it turned out we didn't need as some guests had cancelled, but we were glad for the extra space. It was on the top floor and had a loft area with a skylight, which was cool. We didn't try the breakfasts so can't speak to that. The customer service was great. Downside was that the lift didn't actually go all the way to the top floor (not a big deal, but you should be aware), one of the beds (that we didn't use) seemed a little jenky, and parts of the carpet looked like……
