“The place was perfect, just as pictured. Very close to the beach and a great area to walk around & explore. Will absolutely be back!!”

“The location was just as described, the beach was just over the dune! Nice and quiet. We were there to visit our kids so it was a perfect place for us to stay after a long day. Only thing I would mention is that there is no closet space or drawers for clothes. Minor for the two of us, who hasn't lived out their suitcase once or twice. Would recommend for anyone looking for a super close spot to the beach at a good price!”

“Overall the stay was great. There were some issues. The stove needs repairing. It took an hour too cook breakfast because of the burners. We had roaches in two of the rooms. And there were ants also all along the stove. The home is beautiful. Would have also loved to go on the balcony’s outside on the second fllor”

“We enjoyed our time at Happy Place. The property was clean and as expected. It had everything we needed. We did not really cook much at the property so I cannot speak to cooking equipment provided. Location to the beach is convenient. Just a quick golf cart ride away. The golf cart parking can fill up. There’s more parking down the way. It can be convenient to park at the one a little further down and use that public beach access especially if you think you are going to need to leave. It doesn’t……

Extra attention was paid in every detail-from cooling of unit-snacks on counter-loaded coffee bar-to abundant amenities for bath! Comfortable beds are important and it met our expectations. The duck nest was a wonderful surprise! The creek view was very relaxing. Thank you for hosting!”
