“Unfortunately my double bed was 2 singles put together which was uncomfortable for my partner and me. We were disappointed that there was a window over looking the bed that had no curtain or blind so the sun came in at 5 to wake us up. Another problem was why wouldn’t you give guests a hand towel? “The rooms were clean and well serviced. The bed was solid and comfy. The staff were very helpful. I saw people have had issues with the water pressure in the showers. We did ask to move rooms and (loud dripping from drainpipes just outside the room which was very annoying given the pouring rain) this was accommodated immediately.
