“In general we had a good experience but the service could have been better. Something we did not like is that the breakfast area was distributed in different areas/rooms, which makes more difficult for the staff to serve the food. One of the days we had to wait for a while to get the breakfast. With some more organization in that area the experience would have been better.”

“The customer service was amazing! My husband , I and another couple enjoyed our delicious breakfasts and amazing Moroccan tea. Our room was on the second floor with a balcony beautifully done. We were scared at the beginning to leave the room since there is no key to lock the door but the riad was so safe that once we realized that we didn’t worry anymore. We asked for a dinner when we arrived and they made it beautifully in a private setting just for us. Afterwards we enjoyed the tea at the……

“The place was very convenient and comfortable. Fannan was so helpful and friendly all the time. I wasn’t feeling well and they got me boiled potatoes and special foods to accommodate my upset stomach. It just felt like home away from home. I can’t ask for a better hotel. Noureddine was helpful in every way. It was nice to stay within Madina walls to explore the neighborhood thoroughly. ”
