“Very friendly polite staff and all really helpful and professional at all times. Our room was kept spotlessly clean throughout our three night stay, and everything we needed for an excellent breakfast each morning was available . “Loved it. I was seeing a band in Cardiff and picked this hotel as it was close to the train station. Couldn’t have been happier with the service and the hotel. Not going to claim it’s 5 stars but it met all my needs and the late night bar was perfect for a refreshing drink after getting back from the gig. ”

“The staff were fantastic and it's a great location if you're going to an event at Principality Stadium. The exterior clearly needs some cleanup, but my room was pretty nice.”

“Fantastic stay only a short walk from Cardiff Main Station, Castle or City Center. Check-in with keyless code and key box. The whole accomodation has been renovated recently so everything is in very good condition. Highly recommendable”
