“Great location. You have to drive to eat but you do with all accommodations there. Didn’t really see staff except at breakfast. Seemed nice and helpful. Room was fabulous. We had lots of space and windows. Plus we had our own balcony area to watch the night sky. Great stay. ”

“A cute “interim” stop for a longish road trip that served our needs completely. The attached restaurant serves a full breakfast, and the rooms are modern, clean and inviting. Recommended stop.”

“Don't expect modern rooms, but what you can expect is a clean room, with microwave; small fridge and coffee maker for a reasonable price. Friendly staff. Very close to Hot Springs Park and Taco John's neighbor. ”

“The Novel House is truly amazing. As you checked in, there was lemonade and cookies for us in the dining room. The view of Zion National Park surrounded the house. The room was immaculate. After hiking at Zion that day, the Novel House was a five minute drive. I would highly recommend this property if you are wanting to visit the area.”

“Everything was nearby. The bed was comfortable and the house is very clean. The only thing is that our room was very hot. The a/c is not cool enough for that room. Luckily I carry a handheld fan, but even with the ceiling fan and my handheld fan the room was still a bit hot. ”
