“The quality and size of the “apartments” (they’re basically houses, it’s great) is phenomenal for the price. To have a private back deck, many air conditioners, a kitchen, a nice bathroom, FOUR sets of sliding doors.. it was great. Friendly cats run the grounds, par for the course in Europe. Parking is a little tight and it’s in a quaint area of the island but those very small “negatives” are so heavily outweighed by the friendliness of staff, 24 hour pool and big clean rooms that it’s barely……

“This was our first hotel on our Saõ Miguel trip and I can tell you that there aren’t many places like this! The whole property was very well maintained and room was stunning! “A beautiful hotel with top notch staff that strive to ensure one wants for nothing - or if you do want, just ask. Restaurants were great. The fantastic free breakfasts really adds to the value. A beautiful lobby and bar (with pooltable!). We didn’t take advantage of the spa but loved spending time in the mineral bath inside their pineapple greenhouse! Great location -close to Ponta Delgado but far enough away, and central to the island. Highly recommend (fyi having been there I would def not……

“From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond. We got there around 8am and check in wasn’t until about 3p.m and we were and the receptionist accommodated us to an early check in, that our room was ready. The hotel staff were very accommodating and outstanding! The food was delicious and housekeeping maintaining top standards. Location was convenient and perfect for exploring, and near all.
