“We liked everything except when we checked in. The lady who checked us in spent more time texting and talking on her personal phone than checking us in. Other than taking forever at the reception desk she was great. ”

“Cable cars no longer running. Long walk to Beale St.”

“Bathroom shower door didn’t shut, shampoo bottle broken & laying in shower, it was nice to have separate bathtub but we didn’t use it. Bed was comfortable & clean air conditioning worked well. Would have been nice to have a room fridge for our stuff that worked. ”

“The property was very nice. The rooms were also nice, however could have used a better "Dusting". There were a lot of details on the furniture, and without good dusting, you can see all the dust accumulated in the grooves. And you could see dust under the bed. Nothing big. We still enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view if you were on the front side of the building (which we were :-) if the Mississippi River. ”

“It would be nice if the rooms had a place to hang bath towels and a mirror closer or plugs for drying and styling hair. ”

“There was loud music across the street . Had loud bass til 10 pm. Very annoying ”

“ Nice stay. Staff were excellent . Overall , great location . Paying for parking was unacceptable however. Inconvenient. ”
