“This is a clean, friendly, convenient place that's small but fantastic. GREAT value for the space and services. The staff members are young, friendly, and fluent in English. American University and downtown (Nile and many sightseeing attractions) nearby. Breakfast is made-to-order, not an impersonal "continental" layout. Lots of shopping, nightlife, and Metro within walking distance. The only caveat I would offer is that the tile of the floor of the shower is very slippery. I pointed this out……

“I have been to great hotels all around the world but this one stands out. First, it is beautifully decorated and designed. Second, the service is better than any I have seen in 10 countries. The bed and pillows are the most comfortable gift at the end of a tiring day of sight seeing. The bathroom is elegant and beautiful. Even the toilet has a water jet. “The room is spacious and clean. The host is friendly. The hotel is located in the heart of Old Cairo which is very convenient for visitors (a 10-minute walk to the old Egyptian museum and Abou Tarek). Nothing more I could ask for with such a reasonable price. ”
