“First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. Everyday we got night snack and wine/water in the room. The location is great and I will definitely stay in the future. When we checkout day, gentleman in the front desk helped……

“There was a confusion in the booking. I thought i booked a room with balcony but the hotel said that i booked a room with patio which meant it had to be on the ground floor. The patio was useless because it simply was a corridor and your view was just a concrete wall with a few plants. There was not much light as a result. The room size is quite small but the bathroom is spacious. For the second and third nights, the hotel moved us to the second floor with balcony which gave us a little of……

“+ accessibility (busses + tram!) + amazing bakery around the corner (pastelaria 1800), opens at 6am and still open at 11pm so it's perfect for getting something to eat if you have late/early flights + authentic Portuguese building, old and charming + feels like a home, spacious kitchen, large bathroom + convenient check in with keypad + daily cleaning = shower takes a few minutes to warm up = the hot and cold knobs work in different directions. = busy road outside, so it is safe to walk at……

“The most gorgeous property! The building, lobby and apartment are all very clean, new and beautifully appointed. The apartment itself was huge and had everything we could need (kitchen appliances, coffee, clothing steamer, etc). We chose to have our breakfast delivered to the room each day, which allowed us to enjoy the balcony and really feel like we lived there. The breakfast was also delicious and offered tons of different options. We can’t wait to return!”
