“We had a very nice family vacation at the Breakers. We celebrated a birthday with our friends who took the quick drive down from Hampton Beach to join us, and we were able to go back and forth between the two and spend time in both towns. Plum Island is such a lovely place and the beach is beautiful. This house was steps from the beach and equipped with nice beach chairs and an umbrella for our use. The house was clean and nice, but not so nice that I was worried about my kids in the space.……

“Great location, very clean, can bike to the beaches, and there are at least two beach restaurants at the end of the street. Close to Newburyport as well. Hope they get those curtains in on the second floor fixed and there is a vent outside the upstairs bathroom (outside) that needs a hood replaced or it makes noise on a windy night. Such small things true my, and it wouldn’t stop me from staying there again!!!”

“House is clean, large, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Coffee is provided, kitchen is a good size, however we did not cook. Its about 40 minutes to walk downtown, and 5 minute drive. ”

“This little beach house was the perfect place for our off-season beach getaway. The home is exactly how the pictures look, cute and well decorated. Close to Newburyport town center and a short car ride to other New England beach towns. ”

“Our family enjoyed a festive holiday stay in Newburyport this Christmas. It was such a pleasant surprise when we arrived and the entire house was decorated for the season. We enjoyed the location so close to town and loved having a Kuerig and Nespresso for morning coffee. All the beds were very comfortable. The only suggestion we have to make a future stay more luxurious, would be newer towels in the bathrooms. Thank you for a lovely stay. ”
