“The inn itself is a very quaint, classic restored new England building. Very friendly staff & service. The location was very convenient to local shops & restaurants. Free parking in the back lot. Free breakfast & other meals included. Only complaints are the floors did not seem very clean under furniture etc, and there was a loud generator or similar noise outside our Rm (311) throughout the night. Otherwise, i would hifrecommend this inn to anyone.”

“Our family enjoyed a festive holiday stay in Newburyport this Christmas. It was such a pleasant surprise when we arrived and the entire house was decorated for the season. We enjoyed the location so close to town and loved having a Kuerig and Nespresso for morning coffee. All the beds were very comfortable. The only suggestion we have to make a future stay more luxurious, would be newer towels in the bathrooms. Thank you for a lovely stay. ”

“House is clean, large, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Coffee is provided, kitchen is a good size, however we did not cook. Its about 40 minutes to walk downtown, and 5 minute drive. ”

Because there are no houses between this house andthe ocean there is always a cool breeze no matter how warm a day it is. We had family visit from the area and everyone had a terrific time. The host was immediately responsive to a number of questions we had and i would go back next year.”

“This is our second summer staying at Blue Moon Cottage. The house’s three decks face the marsh, and are great places to have morning coffee and watch the sunset. In the mornings, we often saw a blue heron and egrets. We love the peacefulness of the marsh, but we also love the ocean. The beach is less than a mile from the house. The master bedroom is perfect- lots of windows make it easy to enjoy the fresh air at night. There is a washer/dryer in the master bathroom. If you like outdoor showers,……
