There are no customers in other rooms, and it is still said that there are no free rooms to replace. They rejected your request very calmly. There is no better word to evaluate them. “The situation and setting was truly lovely with the balcony over the river. The room was comfortable and spacious and the staff courteous and helpful. The trolley bus goes right by the hotel and good restaurants nearby too. The only negative thing would be the limited seating for breakfast, which was very basic. Otherwise excellent.”
