“Only complaint is no elevator. ”

“I arrived too early, and when I checked in, I asked if I could store my luggage there. But the owner simply handed me the key and warmly welcomed me to put everything in my room.It’s a lovely place, and the room is very clean! It’s only a 5-minute walk to the town centre and 10 minutes to Niagara Falls. I would love to stay here again.”

“Overall was what we paid for. Ac, comfy bed, good wifi. A little outdated but not the end of the world. The area was close walking distance but people hanging outside the motel at all times of the day drinking and yelling at people (has nothing to do with motel but just felt unsafe in the area)”

“老夫婦很好，但是沒有服務，吃的不是很好，房間什麼都沒有”

“Too many hiding fees, no fee list transparency and they don’t clearly show it to people before you book it. Parking fee, ( more expensive than public parking) deposit fee for nothing, and even clean fee after you check out. Very stupid rule and terrible service. Stupid check in and out time so DO NOT come here. ”

“室內裝潢老式，各項用品老舊， 微波爐只能使用15秒， 咖啡壺燒水時要燒很久很老舊， 浴室的水龍頭開關方向相反，開熱水的時候有很大的響聲， 床鋪非常的軟， 只有Location還OK！”

“The toilet paper box is broken, there is no shower head in the bathroom, and the hair dryer wasn't working and can't be used. Quadruple room only provides towels for two people. ”
