“We rented for a small wedding - 25 total The house is huge & all the wedding party was able to stay togather. It was the perfect size & layout. The area is quiet as the house is rather tucked into the peach orchard. The peach orchard, gardens & yard were amazing in July as the background for our daughter's wedding! The owner was quick to respond to all our questions before & during our stay. Well done Orchard Villa!”

“Great stay at this property with my daughters and their families. The cottage was very clean and only a block away from the lake. Little extras were appreciated at this property, including a welcome tray of goodies with a bottle of wine. We enjoyed the pool and nearby park. Niagara on the Lakes restaurants are all close by. “Overall, the location is almost perfect as it allows you to be just outside of the hustle and bustle of Niagara. The house offers an overall good experience and can easily accommodate 8-10 people. About a mile and a half walk to upper Clifton Hills. Internet WiFi and TV services are available and easily accessed. “This was the worst booking I ever had.. first of all, when we reached, the keypad was not working, then got hold of host and after attempting two different codes, it worked.. when we went in, the whole house was mess with pan masala, alcohol including toilet, all bedrooms, kitchen and fridge. We called the host, he said there is no cleaners available and said he can deduct cleaning fee. We told him there is no way my family can stay at the house with pan masala was spot on the sheet. “Great little cottage.”

“Great location, walking distance to the center of town. Owners of the property are close by and took great care of us when we requested a couple of items for our stay. If we get back to NOTL, we will most certainly look to see if one of their properties is available for our stay.”
