宁凡湾附近酒店

“我訂的房型是open toilet 一開始給我的房間是轉角位並不是如網上的圖片一樣 後來我跟酒店職員要求轉房 換過另一間比較好的房間 我很開心 酒店環境好舒服”

“Arrivé de nuit après un voyage éreintant en bus depuis Hoi An ,l’accueil au Daphovina fut loin d’être chaleureux on ne m’a même pas proposé un verre d’eau. La chambre étant disponible avant l’heure dite on me propose de m’y installer contre un supplément financier conséquent quasiment la 50% du prix de la nuitée . Indigne d’un quatre étoiles. La prestation du petit déjeuner était franchement moyenne. Point positif la chambre spacieuse agréable et propre grâce au personnel d’étage au petit soin.……

“Great apartment good beds fantastic location good all round. My only gripes are they do not even put a tea towel in the apartment so you can wash and dry tea / coffee cups and they have not even the basic cutlery to butter a piece of bread. They state if you are going to cook they can put items in but even a spoon for cereal is absent quite ridiculous ”

“1. 一如洲際應有的水準, 服務人員熱誠, 房間舒適 2. 早餐豐盛, 值得加購 3. 走下樓就是芽莊最熱鬧的海邊沙灘, 步行5分鐘內有按摩店, 星巴克, 德州炸機, KFC, 海底撈, Pizza 4 pcs 4. 游泳池/健身房/兒童遊戲室都整理得很乾淨 5. 小小抱怨的是桑拿房竟然不能使用置物櫃!! (有置物櫃的設置,但全部都上鎖, 問了服務人員說不能使用, 男女生都是同樣的狀況)”

“海景或山景都非常美！泳池超棒~還有水中吧檯。最後要離開時，飯店人員幫忙叫計程車到機場，價格比外面便宜”

“1）此酒店有一天我下午掛牌清潔，晚上回來沒清潔。 2）有一超高斜梯級拉行李上落平地，一定要改善，有輪椅客一定上唔到房間。有老人即唔會用此酒店。”

“It was a pleasant stay overall. However the service was not good enough to call it a five star hotel. Despite the fact that majority of guests are tourists, there is no tour desk, and the front desk says that they do not know anything else other than the service in the hotel. If you can't plan your own tour, I don't think this hotel is right. The Spa service in the hotel was fantastic and Thao, the manager worked really passionately and did her best for the guests. “1. Excellent and rapid services of the reception, housekeeping, security. Thanks a lot! 2. Breakfast buffet is good. 3. The location is very convenient. Many restaurants and bars near by. 4. Clean and very long beach in front of the hotel. 5. Our room faces to the east, can see sunrise from the balcony. 6. The only thing I don’t like is no shower room, only tub. 1. 超棒的服務，check in櫃台經理們幫忙我們很多事，非常感謝。 2. Housekeeping 打掃房間迅速乾淨！ 3. 海灘就在飯店對面，過馬路有安全人員立刻帶著我們過馬路，並有人給我們大浴巾，海灘陽傘及躺椅下午5:00就收了。 4.……

“住宿位置很好，但是同棟大樓有太多入口，沒有清楚告知是哪個入口，開車到地下室停好車找不到哪個電梯是可以到住宿大樓”
