“The night front desk person one of the nights wouldn’t open a locked front door for my husband (yet he opened it for others) when he tried to enter the hotel after a 14 hr work day. Then when asked why wouldn’t, he gave a snarky comment back. Shameful. Otherwise everyone else was incredibly friendly and helpful ”

“Lobby was very pleasant and clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean with a very comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Was a one night stay so did not experience much. We did eat at the restaurant in the hotel. Got burger and a couple of sides all was very good. Needed to be at MAYO Clinic at 7:15a.m.. only 10 to 15 minutes away. Would stay there again. Great for the price. ”

“I enjoyed my stay at Home2 suites, however, I was disappointed for my last day check out when I had to take cold shower before leaving because the warm water was not working. I called the help desk and I was told to wait 30 minutes for maintenance person which I couldn’t do that because of my flight. ”
