The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were a huge bonus, making it easy for the kids to have their space.The location was unbeatable—just a short walk from a stunning beach. “The location is best on island from what I could tell. You can see gulf and bayside. Sunsets are amazing. Wildlife and seashells abound. The beaches are secluded for the most part with an occasion couple or family but night and day when compared to some of the more “touristy” places we have stayed along 30A. We will most certainly return. The owner and caretakers went out of their way to ensure our stay was amazing. Stephanie, Wendy and Bob were excellent communicators!”

Yanet with the property management company was amazing to work with, and Joe the homeowner was communicative from the moment we booked our stay. Wake up in the morning, open the bedroom blinds, and look out over the ocean. Make your coffee, sit on one of the 3 levels of deck, and relax while you plan your day. I had extended my stay right before the news hurricane Ian was confirmed and we were evacuated. I asked to just get those extra days back since they were a last minute add-on. The owner said “that’s what insurance is for”. I filed a claim with the insurance company and they wouldn’t payout, so insurance was a waste.
