“This property was perfect for our family in town for an Emory University event. The property is on a busy street but that also means it is close and easy to campus, shops and the highway. The backyard was so peaceful to sit out on the giant deck. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms. The kitchen has high-end appliances and well appointed with dishes, pans etc. We had a very comfortable week.”

“There was a major water main burst in the area for 2 days prior to our arrival, according to his neighbors. The owner should inform us and allow us to cancel the reservation. But there was no communication at all. We gave it the entire afternoon, he said there was no one he could call on a Sunday. When we asked him for a cancellation and a refund (I was not going to report any of this if he did allow us to), he refused and said 'it wasn't his fault'. We booked a nearby hotel and departed. ”
